AI Personal Assistant for Office is a secure, role-based assistant that gives every employee their own AI—connected via WhatsApp—so they can get things done from their phone without opening laptops or internal portals.
What it does:
- •One AI per employee: Each staff member has a dedicated assistant tied to their identity and role.
- •WhatsApp-first: Employees chat in a familiar app; no new tools to install or learn.
- •Check personal data: Staff can ask for their own info (e.g. leave balance, payroll summary, contact details) in natural language.
