PropFlow is an AI-powered property CRM platform designed specifically to help real estate agents and developers manage the entire sales process from one place.
- •Dashboard & AI Lead Insights: Real-time overview of total leads, hot/warm/cold breakdown, lead classification trend, and lead pipeline (New Inquiry → Contacted → Site Visit → Negotiation → Closed Won). AI automatically classifies leads based on engagement patterns.
- •Leads Management: Complete table view with Cold, Warm, Hot, and Follow-up needed filters. Each lead stores name, phone number, interested project, property type, status, last message, and assigned agent.
- •Property Management: Record property projects along with unit type variants (e.g. Type 200/170, Type 392/385, etc.) for each location.
- •Conversations (WA Integrated): Chat directly with leads via WhatsApp in one interface. AI chatbot actively answers leads' questions automatically — can be toggled on/off per conversation.
- •AI Chatbot: Answers leads' questions about unit specs, pricing, availability, and other property info naturally and automatically 24/7.
- •Automatic Leads Qualification: AI evaluates and groups leads into Cold/Warm/Hot based on activity and conversations, without manual input.
- •AI Analysis: Dedicated chat interface for business data analysis — agents can ask directly like 'make this week's report', 'what topics do leads ask most often', or 'are there any angry ones?' and AI answers based on real data.

Leads Management

Tampilan tabel lengkap dengan filter Cold, Warm, Hot, dan Perlu Follow-up. Setiap lead menyimpan data nama, nomor telepon, proyek yang diminati, tipe properti, status, last message, dan assigned agent — semua dalam satu view.
Property Management

Pencatatan project properti beserta varian tipe unit untuk setiap lokasi. Agen dapat menambah dan mengelola berbagai tipe unit (misal: Type 200/170, Type 392/385, dll) dari masing-masing project properti.
