Project Details
HuniStay is the cloud-based Property Management System we built for accommodation owners in Indonesia — small hotels, villas, guesthouses, homestays and boarding houses.
Most small and mid-sized operators still track reservations in notebooks or spreadsheets. The result is double-booked rooms, lost guest records, and no numbers worth basing a decision on. HuniStay cleans that up with no server installation required.
Features used day to day:
- •Multi-property — one account can manage several properties at once, each with its own team and data.
- •Room types & pricing — base rates are set per room type, with per-unit surcharges that sync automatically.
- •Reservations & availability — create bookings, see which rooms are free, and run check-in through check-out.
- •Guest database — stay history is retained, so returning guests are recognised immediately.
- •Add-on services — a per-property catalogue of extras (laundry, airport transfer, breakfast) selectable during booking and billed automatically.
- •Guest invoices — PDF documents generated straight from the system, itemised down to room type and number.
- •Reports & analytics — occupancy, revenue and performance per property.
- •Team & permissions — invite staff with the right roles while keeping each property data separate.
- •Self-serve subscription — owners can upgrade their plan and pay online themselves, without contacting our team.
