Edunesia — Online Tutoring Platform for Primary & Junior High
A personal online tutoring platform: class catalogue, token system, self-service booking, online payment, and per-session student progress reports.

Project Details
Edunesia is a personal online tutoring platform for primary and junior high students, which we built end to end — from the landing page to the parent dashboard to the admin zone.
Online tutoring businesses usually run on scattered tools: schedules in spreadsheets, payments by manual transfer, materials on Google Drive, and progress reports sent one by one over chat. Edunesia pulls all of it into a single flow that parents can drive themselves, with no admin on standby.
Subjects offered: maths, English, and RIKA — robotics, IoT, coding and AI.
What is inside the platform:
- •Class & package catalogue — a public page for reviewing programmes, schedules and pricing before signing up.
- •Token system — 1 token equals 1 session, with no expiry date. Parents buy a package once and use it whenever they want.
- •Online payment — through Midtrans (virtual account, e-wallet, QRIS, card), with payment status tracked automatically.
- •Self-service booking — parents pick the schedule and subject themselves from the dashboard, without messaging an admin first.
- •Small classes — capacity is capped at 5 children per session, enforced by the system at booking time.
- •Learning materials — videos and PDF modules stored in the dashboard, available to revisit any time.
- •Per-session reports — tutor notes and assessments land in the parent dashboard as soon as each class ends.
- •Admin zone — manage tutors, classes, schedules and student records from a separate dashboard.
- •Blog & SEO — parenting and study-tip articles, optimised so the programme is easy to find in search.
